A city bus driver in Laval, Que., has been charged with first-degree murder after the vehicle crashed into a daycare, killing two children and injuring six more.

There are suspicions this was not an accident, as Pierre Ny St-Amand, the arrested driver, was not on a usual bus route when the crash occurred.
