Labour's Jim McMahon non-committal on NHS tax rise

When asked whether Labour would be prepared to raise taxes to improve the NHS, shadow local government minister Jim McMahon said the party is "absolutely focused on getting the NHS back on its feet", but refused to confirm or deny a tax increase.
