Jim McMahon: Water companies should be made to fix 'broken' system

Shadow environment secretary Jim McMahon discusses concerns over the future of Thames Water - and says Labour would not nationalise the sector if they came into power.

Speaking on The Take with Sophy Ridge, Mr McMahon says the water companies "should be made to fix the system that's broken".

He adds: "As a point of principle, why should working people pay twice?"
