Labour's Shadow Trade Secretary Nick Thomas-Symonds says he finds it "difficult to see how" the migrant situation would have changed significantly between the changes in Home Secretary.

He told Sky's Kay Burley the issue at Manston is "extraordinarily serious" and the government has "completely failed" to get grip of small boats crossing the Channel.
