King Charles III has cancer, Buckingham Palace says

King Charles III, 75, has cancer, Buckingham Palace announced on Monday. He has been "advised by doctors to postpone public-facing duties," the palace said.

Last week, Charles was discharged from a London hospital after undergoing a procedure to treat an enlarged prostate.
