As Canada continues to face an uncertain economy, even working Canadians are looking for a new job – with a new survey from business consulting firm Robert Half finding 42 per cent are planning, or are already on the hunt this year.

Among the factors pushing people out the door at their current jobs are greater opportunities for advancement and a bigger salary – especially given the financial uncertainty many are facing.
