Jerusalem shooting: Hamas-linked gunmen open fire at bus stop, killing at least 3

The fragile ceasefire between Israel and Hamas was extended just moments before it was set to expire on Thursday.

The deal came not long before two Hamas-linked gunmen opened fire at a bus stop during the morning rush hour on Thursday at the entrance to Jerusalem, killing at least three people and wounding eight others, Israeli police said.

The police said the two attackers carried an M16 and a handgun and started shooting at people standing at a bus stop, before subsequently being killed at the scene by soldiers and a civilian.
