Japan plane fire: Five crew members on coastguard flight killed after crash

Five of the six crew of a coastguard aircraft that collided with a Japan Airlines flight have been killed, according to Japanese public broadcaster NHK.

All passengers and crew on board the Japan Airlines plane have been safely evacuated.
