Cailen Vilness, 23, died on his first day of the job at a construction site in downtown Kelowna, B.C. His father Chris is now struggling to understand what went wrong.
Four of the fatalities in the tragedy involved construction workers. Now, a fifth body has been pulled from the rubble, belonging to a man who was killed when part of a crane landed on the building he was working in. Robin Gill reports from the scene.
