"Part of my family" was on the list of foreigners allowed to leave but not "all of them" meaning "families will be split," says Dr Ahmad Abou-Foul, whose family is trapped in Gaza.

The Palestinian Border Authority has published a list overnight showing the foreigners who will be allowed to leave through the Rafah crossing.
