Humanitarian agencies said a convoy of aid trucks had been assembled at Gaza's southern border but that aid trucks were also moving into northern Gaza, the site of Israel's most intense bombardment since Oct. 7.

Residents in southern Gaza crowded markets filled with fresh food though fuel was still scarce, and many used the pause in the fighting to survey the area’s destruction.
