The NGO’s executive director, Tirana Hassan, told Al Jazeera that the organisation had documented war crimes being committed in Gaza since the start of the war, “including the crime of starvation as a weapon of war” as well as “collective punishment through the restriction to basic food, water, fuel, and life-saving humanitarian assistance, which has been imposed by the Israeli blockade”.
