Wildfires across Canada are becoming more common each year. Many health experts are concerned about the negative side effects on people who are frequently exposed to smoke from the fires.
Experts say the most immediate threat is to people living with asthma, lung diseases and type 2 diabetes, but people with other conditions are also at some risk.
