Kory Mathewson, a research scientist living in Montreal, said he and his brothers were helping their grandparents in Alberta book a vaccine appointment when they found a fix to the problems many Albertans were facing. On Wednesday, all Albertans born in 1946 or earlier could start booking COVID-19 vaccinations, but many ran into issues like the website crashing.
