Little Annabel Frost suffers from an ultra-rare genetic disorder called AHC.

It means she could suffer a deadly seizure at any time.

It's a traumatic, difficult medical condition to manage, even when you live in a comfortable, middle class home in leafy Washington.

Three-year-old Julia Abu Zeaiter suffers from the same genetic condition.

But she lives in a tent on a pavement on a street in Rafah, a city in southern Gaza that looks set to become the next bloody front in Israel's war against Hamas.

Sky News speaks to the two families as the Frosts attempt to send live-saving medication to Julia, and maybe even get her out of Gaza so she can receive proper medical care.
