The Government announced their plan this week to expand prison capacity, hire more frontline Corrections officers and put more money into rehabilitation programmes in a $1.9 billion package.

Today, David Seymour announced the school lunch programme will be cut by $107m.

Labour leader Chris Hipkins told Breakfast he thinks the Government's priorities are wrong.
