Hipkins 'still digesting' election results | TVNZ Breakfast

Outgoing prime minister Chris Hipkins is staying on as Labour Leader despite a crushing election defeat.

On preliminary results, the party's caucus has dwindled to just 34 MPs, nearly half its pre-election size.

Hipkins says he still has a "bit of fight" in him, but Labour must hold a vote on the leadership within the next three months. So will he survive?
