Fighting in Sudan's West Darfur region has triggered a mass exodus of people.
Thousands have crossed the border into neighbouring Chad.
Many are unaccompanied children.
Aid groups have set up field hospitals to treat many suffering gunshot injuries.

At least 25 people have been killed during an attack on a school in Uganda.
It happened in Mpondwe, a few kilometres from the border with the Democratic Republic of Congo.
The police has blamed rebels from the Allied Democratic forces.
The ADF began as an armed uprising in Uganda but has been based in eastern Congo since the late 1990s.

Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has told African leaders he won't talk to Russia, unless it withdraws its troops.
