A team of modern-day ghost hunters are putting their instruments to the test at the site of a former jail in New Brunswick.

Tom Collins, a 22-year-old convicted of murdering a local woman with an axe, was held at the Albert County jail for more than a year in the early 1900s.

The jail is now a museum, but some paranormal researchers believe Collins’ spirit never left.

Shelley Steeves has more on their spooky visit to his former cell and the attempt to communicate with his ghost.
