Government Rwanda policy for asylum seekers ruled unlawful by Court of Appeal

Campaigners and asylum seekers have won a Court of Appeal challenge over the government's planned Rwanda deportation scheme.

In December, the High Court ruled that the government's controversial plan to deport migrants to the east Africa country was lawful but it granted an appeal against its own judgment.
