You may think expensive cars would be harder for thieves to steal than less costly ones, but that’s not necessarily the case.
Global News has exclusive video of a couple of recent driveway thefts that show just how quickly locked cars could be opened, started and stolen.
In one case, a Toronto man shows us exclusive video of a thief making off with his expensive Range Rover in a matter of seconds. We've called him "Max" in order to protect the man from possible retaliation from the alleged thieves.
And he's not the only one - increasingly, the owners of fine cars are starting to wonder just how secure these expensive investments are, and why it's so easy in some cases to steal these supposedly-secure automobiles.
