Half a dozen people are still in the hospital on Saturday after a Winnipeg bus carrying elderly people to a casino crashed into a truck earlier this week. As Mike Drolet reports, it's expected the road to recovery will be a long one, while Manitobans are beginning to grapple with the magnitude of this tragedy.

Many in the community of Dauphin are turning to one another after the devastating collision on a Winnipeg highway killed 15. Marney Blunt has more on those trying to find some comfort and hope while waiting for more word on who survived the crash, and who never came home.

In western Uganda, a horrific scene unfolded late Friday night when suspected members of an extremist group attacked a local secondary school. At least 41 people — including students — are reported dead, with several others abducted. Reggie Cecchini reports.
