Over the past few weeks, the ongoing refugee situation in Toronto has gotten much worse, and there are now dozens of people stuck sleeping outside a shelter in the downtown core. While the community has rallied together, the different levels of governments continue to battle over dollar figures. Ahmar Khan has the latest.
