Bring them home. That’s the message from a federal court judge who has ruled four Canadian men detained in Syria must be returned to their home country despite their alleged ties to ISIS. The decision says not doing so violates their constitutional rights. But it’s a rarity for the federal government to repatriate its citizens from Syria.
