Global News has learned Gen. Jonathan Vance went golfing with two high-ranking members of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF), despite being at the centre of a military police investigation for alleged sexual misconduct.
Lt.-Gen. Mike Rouleau and Vice-Adm. C.A. Baines met with Vance at the Hylands Golf Course in Ottawa’s east end this past week. Rouleau holds oversight authority for the military police.
