Drone footage showed abandoned streets, flattened buildings and stacks rubble across large swaths of Gaza on Thursday after days of continuous Israeli strikes on the enclave.

More than 2,400 people are now confirmed dead in the conflict following the Hamas attacks in Israel over the weekend, with the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) retaliating by putting Gaza, home to 2.3 million people, under "total siege."
