Gatineau MP Steve MacKinnon is replacing outgoing Labour and Seniors Minister Seamus O'Regan, who announced his resignation from cabinet Thursday. MacKinnon most recently served as government House leader, filling that position on an interim basis while Karina Gould was on maternity leave.
