After Mumbai and Delhi, Kolkata police have released new guidelines for the New Year celebrations. As per these guidelines, people will not be allowed to gather in large numbers in hotels and indulge in parties. The Kolkata Police will be on their toes in order to manage and control public places. Rapid Action Force will also be deployed outside hotels and restaurants. Take a look
