Chicago police release a much-debated video. It contains footage from a police officer's body camera that appears to show a 13-year-old boy dropping a handgun, then raising his hands just before the officer shoots, and kills him. The release of the video in the city of Chicago comes at a sensitive time in the US, with the ongoing trial in Minneapolis of a former officer in the death of George Floyd and the recent police killing of another Black man in one of that city's suburbs.
