German Parliament president Baerbel Bas on Wednesday condemned the “inhumane brutality” of Hamas’ attacks on Israel and warned that Germany will not tolerate any signs of support for the “cowardly, disgusting crimes,” either on German streets or on the Internet.

Meanwhile, Czech Foreign Minister Jan Lipavsky said on Wednesday that he had met Israel's President Isaac Herzog and Foreign Minister Eli Cohen to express "unequivocal support" for Israel in the aftermath.

And in the streets of Brussels, Belgium outside the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, hundreds of people staged a rally to call for a free Palestine.

Near the European Parliament in Brussels, hundreds of people gathered to show their solidarity with the Jewish state.
