Energy price cap: "If the government hadn't done this, it would have been totally apocalyptic"

Richard Neudegg from USwitch has said if the government's cost of living support package had not been put in place "it would have been totally apocalyptic".

He told Sky News that says the best thing people can do to help with the rise in energy bills is to "check, track, change".
