Education secretary's conditions for pay talks are 'unacceptable', union boss says

Dr Mary Bousted, joint general secretary of the National Education Union told Sophy Ridge on Sunday "We are willing to negotiate any time, anywhere".

"But what we can't do before we have made any progress in negotiations is call off the industrial action."

Dr Bousted says the NEU has not received enough information about a possible deal to pause action.
