Evacuations of two besieged cities in Ukraine are being delayed, amid reports that Russia is violating a temporary ceasefire.

Earlier, Moscow announced a five-hour halt to its attacks on Volnovakha and the strategic port city of Mariupol in southeastern Ukraine, to allow civilians access to a safe humanitarian corridor. The city is without water and power, and is running out of food, after being surrounded by Russian forces.
