Deadly floods hit parts of Italy and Germany

Two bodies have been found in the search for three friends who were seen clinging to each other for safety in a flooded area of northern Italy.

Video footage has emerged showing them trying to avoid rising floodwater, as floods caused havoc across other parts of Europe.

A warning that this report contains some distressing images.
