The NHS has confirmed that every care home resident has been offered a COVID-19 vaccine.

Social care minister Helen Whatley told Sky News' Niall Paterson 'it does feel like a real milestone for our care homes'.

Ms Whatley said she was not worried about staff uptake being low in some places.
