As COVID-19 vaccines roll out across the world, countries are issuing certificates for people who have received the shots.

That's raising concerns about the potential for discrimination.

In Israel, hotels and gyms are open only those with a 'green pass' to show they've fully inoculated, or have recovered from the disease.

Some countries are considering travel bubbles for the vaccinated.

So will those who aren't vaccinated be left behind?
