The U.S. is reporting its first known case of the COVID-19 variant first identified in the U.K., with the case being found in Colorado.

It comes as the vaccine rollout is hitting snags, with the Trump administration promising 20 million vaccinations by the end of 2020, yet only two million have taken place so far.
