U.S. President Joe Biden is set to face off with Congress this week over his COVID-19 relief plan after 10 Republicans asked him to consider a package of their own.

The president’s plan is three times more than what the GOP offered and has little to no support from that party.

He’d like Congress to pass the legislation this week before the Senate is bogged down with former president Donald Trump’s impeachment trial. Jennifer Johnson reports.
