Cellphone video recorded on Sunday captured a confrontation between protesters with the Brady Road landfill blockade and a man in a pickup truck who appeared to dump soil at the feet of the blockade. The man can be heard shouting hateful sentiments as he shovels dirt from the box of his truck onto a mural painted by members of the blockade.

The message in the mural painted by protesters echoes demands for action to cease operations at Prairie Green landfill and search that site for the remains of at least two murdered women, Morgan Harris and Mercedes Myran. The daughter of Morgan Harris, Cambria Harris spoke on Sunday following the incident saying "he knew what he was doing, this man brought soil down to here to add to the landfill." Harris added it's disheartening that the city hired a security company to monitor the situation but the guards made no effort to record the vehicle's license plate.

Another man returned on Monday with a trailer full of various debris. The man pulled up to the front of the blockade and emptied the contents of the trailer onto the road. The man acted silently as blockade members document the man's actions on their cellphones. Winnipeg Police Service has not yet appeared at the blockade site.
