Chicago shooting: America's patriotic best and bloody worst

Chicago police have arrested a man suspected of killing at least six people and seriously injuring more than 30 at an Independence Day parade.

President Biden had to abandon a planned July 4 speech, to address the shooting, saying "senseless gun violence that has yet again brought grief to an American community on this Independence Day."
