A British-Palestinian surgeon has returned to London after working at several Gaza hospitals overwhelmed with injured patients.

Dr. Ghassan Abu-Sittah said he fears the Gaza Strip is being turned into an “uninhabitable death world,” as the majority of victims he saw were women and children.

Global's Crystal Goomansingh spoke with Dr. Abu-Sittah about the horrors he saw and the measures he resorted to when he ran out of essential medical supplies.
