Lord Mandelson says Boris Johnson should stay silent and not seek to "wreck" a Northern Ireland deal for the sake of opposing the prime minister.

The former PM is opposed to Mr Sunak's plans to abandon the Northern Ireland Protocol Bill, which gives ministers the power to rip up parts of the Protocol and ignore EU rules.
