Boris Johnson resigns: Voters 'don't have any heart for him anymore'

The majority of the public think it was right that Boris Johnson resigned, according to a snap poll by YouGov.

The survey showed six in 10 people (62%) believe it was the right call, while 65% believe he knowingly misled parliament over partygate.

Meanwhile, 72% think it likely he committed further COVID offences, something Mr Johnson has denied.
