A B.C. woman was shocked to hear that her name was not on the flight manifest when she showed up for her vacation trip with Sunwing airlines at Vancouver International Airport.
The airline gave her no choice but to pay for a second ticket. And before Sunwing would refund her the second fare, she was pressured to sign a non-disclosure agreement, which she refused.
