After being stranded for days due to British Columbia's extreme weather catastrophe, travellers left Hope, B.C. after Highway 7, a key route, was partially reopened.
Late Wednesday, enough debris from mudslides was cleared away to allow part of the highway to be temporarily accessible – allowing those stuck there to return to their homes and families.
