Despite parts of British Columbia still trying to bounce back from its extreme weather disaster, the province is bracing for more damaging storms that could hamper recovery efforts.
The military has deployed 500 ground troops to help, but some are saying those resources should have already been in place before the flooding, as mainland B.C. doesn't have an army base.
