A third attempt at a truce appears to have crumbled in the disputed territory of Nagorno-Karabakh.
Azerbaijan has accused Armenia of killing at least 21 people and wounding dozens more in a missile strike.
This is the deadliest incident against civilians since the fighting resumed a month ago.
