Armenia state TV says a ceasefire has been agreed with Azerbaijan and ethnic Armenian forces, after intense fighting in Nagorno-Karabakh.
Baku launched artillery strikes on the region's capital on Tuesday.
At least 32 people are reported to have been killed and 200 injured.
