Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, people are trying to still find the best work-life balance especially given more are working from home. From outdoor space and mental health-care access, the cities made the list for several reasons.

Out of 50 cities across the globe, the 2021 Work-life Balance Index had four Canadian locations in its top 20.
