A culture of misogyny and sexual harassment is evident within every trust across the four nations of the UK, according to the chief executive of the College of Paramedics.

Sky's Rachael Venables has spoken to paramedics who describe a daily culture of toxic harassment that in some cases, turns to serious sexual assault.
